One of the accused in the MUHC superhospital fraud case has had all charges against him dropped.
Jeremy Morris was a principle shareholder in Sierra Asset Management, a company that was allegedly involved in rigging the bidding for the hospital contract through millions of dollars in bribes.
Six other people remain accused, including SNC-Lavalin executive Pierre Duhaime and Yanai Elbaz.
Elbaz was the right-hand man to former MUHC director Arthur Porter, who died in Panama while fighting extradition linked to the case.
