Police north of Montreal are worried about the safety of a missing woman.
Elaine Auger, 47, left her Boisbriand home at 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning, and was last seen in St. Eustache a little later in the day.
She has not been seen since, and her family has not been able to contact her.
Friends and relatives say Auger has been going through a difficult period lately, and say it is extremely unlike her to leave without making contact with her family.
Auger has shoulder-length brown hair, brown eyes, and white skin.
She stands 1.63 m and weighs 77 kg (5'3", 170 lb).
Auger drives an orange 2008 Jeep Patriot, license plate 018 HTH.
