Metro users: get your questions and comments ready!
You may soon find the STM's chairman at your metro station, waiting to chat.
Philippe Schnobb said he plans to spend time at various stations around Montreal, so he can hear what passengers have to say.
He was at Sherbrooke metro station Monday and at Papineau metro Tuesday.
The STM will eventually publish a schedule so passengers will know where he'll be next.
“Well actually, as a member of the board representing the clients, it’s my duty to speak to the clients and know what they think about the services, if they have suggestions, if they want to improve some things.” said Schnobb.
The STM plans to take down the contact information of users who offer comments so they can provide them with feedback at a later date.
