The government of Quebec has made an exception for groceries stores to remain open on Easter Sunday in six regions, but many services and facilities remain closed for the holidays.
The temporary measure applies to stores in Montreal, Monteregie, Laval, Outaouais, Laurentides and Lanaudiere.
Metro Inc. has announced some Metro, Super C and Adonis locations in the affected regions will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
People are advised to check the list of open stores on each retailer's website and Adonis' Facebook page.

- Canada Post
- SAQ Sélection, Dépôt and Signature branches
- SQDC branches
