Day two of deliberations at Richard Henry Bain’s trial has passed with no verdict.
The 12-person jury must decide whether Bain is criminally responsible for his actions on election night in 2012.
He is charged with the first-degree murder of stagehand Denis Blanchette, who was working at the Metropolis. He is also charged with three counts of attempted murder.
The jury will continue deliberations on Monday morning.
