Montreal police have issued drawings of a suspect in a series of sexual assaults committed between 2006 and 2012, in hopes that the image will lead to his arrest.
The man is known to approach his victims from behind and cover their mouths with his hand, sometimes threatening them with a knife.
He usually preys on women at night and on foot in Ahuntsic-Cartierville, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie and Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.
The suspect is white, aged between 40 and 50, is about 1.75 m (5’9”) and speaks French.
He wears glasses and usually wears blue jeans and a black jacket.
