Police ID type of car in hit and run with American tourist

Montreal police have new information in the hit and run that left an American tourist in critical condition.

They are searching for a black Infiniti G37, similar to the one seen in the photo above, with four doors, fog lights and five-spoke chrome rims.

A $3,000 reward is also being offered for information leading to the location of the driver.

Surveillance video showed the victim, Zachary Zelinsky, talking to the driver of the car early on Saturday June 24.

At 2:15 a.m. the driver of the car ran over Zelinksy in a parking lot on St. Laurent Blvd. at the corner of De Maisonneuve Blvd.

Zelinsky's family flew to Montreal from Miami, Florida to be at his side in hospital. He remains in critical condition.
