A 31-year-old man who pleaded guilty to robbing two jewelry stores has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Richardson Francois was captured on camera as he tried to rob a store in Park Ex in 2013. He was left severely disfigured after the staff fought back with pipes, sabres, and some highly corrosive acid.
The acid left Francois with permanent scars on his face and damaged his vision.
The other robbery happened in Laval in 2012.
