MONTREAL - Transport Quebec announced late Friday afternoon that the St-Laurent/St-Denis exit off the eastbound Metropolitan highway will close that night, and will not re-open for a year.
The work falls within Transport Quebec's new configuration to access Highway 15 north from the Met eastbound, which will change from a left lane access ramp to the right lane.
That exit gives motorists access to the L'Acadie circle as well, so now there will be no way off the Met between the Rockland and St-Hubert/Christophe Colombe exits.
Traffic to northbound Highway 15 will not affected.
