Sureté du Quebec investigators are hoping someone in St. Hyacinthe can shed light on a murder that took place more than a year ago and 40 km away.

The bodies of Martin Belair and Nancy Beaulieu were found in a pickup truck on Jan. 9, 2015 near the train station in Mascouche.

They had been missing for several days before their bodies were located.

Over the past year police have been unsuccessful in solving the murder, so on Thursday morning the SQ set up a command post at Cascades and Vaudreuil Sts. in St. Hyacinthe in hopes of jogging someone's memory.

Belair was the co-owner of a strip club in St. Hyacinthe, and Beaulieu was the club's manager.

Anyone with information about the double murder can call the SQ at 1-800-659-4264.
