Bruce Hicks is not surprised that Premier Charest finally called an inquiry into the construction industry.
"I think it's very much driven by public opinion polls," said Hicks.
"The trust numbers have been going down so I think that drives it. Also the fact that there is a Liberal convention this coming weekend."
