The jaws of life were needed to free a man from his car after it collided with a snow truck in NDG early on Friday morning.
The 47-year-old man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries in the 4:30 a.m. collision.
Police said the man was driving west on Sherbrooke when he struck the truck just west of Decarie.
The 52-year-old truck driver was not harmed.
Police said it is unclear what caused the accident, but alcohol was not involved.
