Montreal police have arrested a suspect in connection with a homicide reported earlier this month.
Just before midnight on November 3, a 30-year-old man died in hospital after sustaining multiple stab wounds in an altercation on Mayor St. near Bleury St in the downtown core.
Chen Hao Zhang, 25, appeared in court Friday afternoon and faces second-degree-murder charges after he was arrested in Westmount park.
The incident was Montreal's 20th reported homicide.
