This Friday former professional hockey players will take to the ice alongside lifelong fans in order to raise money to help the homeless.

Michael Coughlin, one of the organizers of the Hockey Helps the Homeless tournament, along with Chris 'Knuckles' Nilan sat down in CTV Montreal's Studio 12 to discuss the event.

The event began in Toronto in 1996, spread to Montreal in 2004, and now takes place all across the country.
