LAC-AUX SABLES - A 26 year-old motorcyclist died in a collision with a car, in Lac-aux-Sables in the Mauricie region Saturday night.
Shortly before 6 p.m., one of the vehicles veered off into the other lane on Route 363.
The driver of the car suffered serious injuries, but his life is not in danger.
Collision specialists were at the scene to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the crash.
Two other motorcyclists, both women, were involved in major crashes since the beginning of Labour Day weekend; one in Dolbeau-Mistassini in Lac-Saint-Jean, and one in Lac Brome in the Montérégie.
Both of those victims are in critical condition.
