Like Young began as a variety show and morphed into a music video progam.
In the sixties hosts Jim McKenna, Diane Dickinson, Bob Gillies and June Mack would introduce a variety of musical guests, then interview newsmakers and celebrities. They would also provide fashion tips for the young and the young at heart, and give people a chance to dance.
In the seventies the show focused on the music, providing live performances and dance videos.
