Despite being caught on camera waving a chainsaw around after a roadside altercation, charges against Manuel Delisle will be dropped.
A judge decided on Tuesday that the 37-year-old man and the woman who shot the video share responsibility in escalating the road rage incident.
The incident occurred in April, when Delisle cut off another driver in a restaurant parking lot. The driver pursued Delisle’s car, and after stopping, Delisle approached the other car brandishing a chainsaw, which the other man’s wife caught on camera.
The ruling means Delisle will have no criminal record.
