Pointe Claire

Pointe Claire Canada Day fun will take place at Bourgeau Park starting at 1 p.m. with amusement filled inflatable games, musical performances and face painting stations. There will also be a Canada Day parade taking place in the Pointe Claire Village. Dollard-des-Ormeaux

Canada Day celebrations will take place from 7:30 to 10 p.m. outside the Dollard Civic Centre, 12001 de Salaberry Blvd. Celebrations include live music and a performance by the Beckett Players Cabaret. There will also be face painting, cartoonists, balloon sculptors, arts and crafts and inflatable games. Please bring your own lawn chairs. In case of rain, all events will be postponed until July 2. Pierrefonds

Throughout the day the grounds of Pierrefonds Comprehensive High School will be open for picnics and social gatherings. The Fair will be in town as well, running from 12 to 11 p.m. including rides, competitive games and concession stands for all to enjoy. Evening events include a performance by Toto Laraque and a concert featuring Haitian music beginning at 7 p.m. on the grounds of Pierrefonds Comprehensive High School. Rounding off the day, there will be a fireworks display at 10 p.m. Please note that Pierrefonds Boulevard will be closed between Richmond and René-émard to ensure the safety of all. Beaconsfield

Beaconsfield will be celebrating Canada Day festivities at Centennial Park with a wide range of activities for everyone to enjoy. Beginning at 12 p.m. and wrapping up at 8 p.m., there will be a variety of events taking place including inflatable games and Cross Canada Mini Putt. For an additional $2 (each) a craft project area will be set up and there will also be a sports challenge with prizes. Dance groups will perform square dancing, hip-hop dancing and the traditional dances of Hungary, Germany and India. During the evening, there will be musical acts, including a Brazilian percussion act at 7:30 p.m. and a TropiCuba Cuban music set at 8:45 p.m. Fireworks will cap off the day at 10 p.m. Note that in case of rain, all activities will take place on July 2. Ste. Anne de Bellevue

The Royal Canadian Legion, Churchill Branch 91, will host a Canada Day party with face painting, live music and free hot dogs for children under 12 starting at 1pm.
