Administrators at the University of Montreal might have a strike on their hands.
Lecturers voted Sunday to begin pressure tactics.
The university employs just under 2,500 lecturers.
They've been without a collective agreement since September.
The main sticking points are classroom sizes, salaries, benefits and seniority rights.
Earlier this month, the union representing lecturers submitted a request to the employment minister for mediation.
