Homicide investigators picked up Shawn Murray, the boyfriend of Jessica Neilson, on Tuesday and questioned him about her death, a source close to the investigation told CTV Montreal.
Neilson's body was found in her car months after her family reported her missing in December 2008. The car was found in St. Henri on Mar. 27; she and her boyfriend lived with her young daughter in Lasalle.
The source said officers released Murray. No charges have been laid against him.
