Lauren Fernandez
Lauren was bit by the performance bug at a young age, especially being the fifth generation in her family of media in Montreal. You may even remember her from co-hosting an episode of "Travel Travel," in the late 90s.
After studying English Literature and Theatre at Concordia University, she moved to Toronto and became a TV producer for CTV’s etalk for close to a decade. Upon her return to la belle province, she landed a role as a member of CTV Montreal’s weather team, a role she loves greatly. When she’s not keeping her eyes on the skies and helping viewers brave the elements, Lauren enjoys storytelling and profiling Montrealers, as part of the newscast.
Lauren is thrilled to be part of the CTV Montreal family and is grateful for the show’s valued viewers. Her pastimes include working out, eating pizza, trying new restaurants, spending time with family, and caring for her rescue dogs.
