MONTREAL - Fire broke out at 2:45 Tuesday morning in Montreal North.

When firefighters arrived at 10624 Brunet Ave., flames were erupting from the building's garage door, and quickly spread to the floor above.

Forty firefighters spent an hour battling the fire before managing to put it out.

No one was inside the business, a textile workshop, at the time.

The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
