Share

Residents in Côte-Des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-De-Grâce expressed their desire for bike-friendly infrastructure Sunday during their borough's first-ever local bicycle festival.

"The people of Cotes-des-Neiges-NDG want to be able to use bicycles as means of transportation," said Borough Mayor Gracia Kasoki Katahwa.

The borough organized the event in collaboration with several community groups and local police.
