The city of Montreal is conducting an audit of the plateau Mont-Royal borough administration following allegations that borough manager Johanne Falcon didn't co-operate with the ombudsman.
Ombudsman Johanne Savard singled Falcon out at a news conference last month, saying she withheld crucial information during a recent audit.
A source at the Plateau borough says Falcon's staff members will be interviewed and there will be an internal audit of administrative protocol at the borough.
Borough Mayor Helen Fotopulos ordered the review, which involves the city's human resources department and is not yet completed.
