Laval police have made no arrests after a man was shot dead in a dispute that spilled out of a bar into the street early Sunday morning at about 2:30 a.m.
The argument started in Chez Hervé, a bar a strip mall near Principale and Hotel de Ville in Ste. Dorothee and ended when one of the people involved in the dispute pulled out a gun and shot the young man in his early twenties.
Police interviewed everybody in the bar but no suspects have been rounded up as of yet.
The murder was the first in Laval in 2014.
