The ADISQ gala took place Sunday night in Montreal and singers Coeur de Pirate and Richard Desjardins each picked up a pair of awards.

Coeur de Pirate -- the stage name for Montreal-born and raised Beatrice Martin -- picked up awards for Pop album of the year and best female singer.

Desjardins's album L'existoire was named best adult contemporary album.

The 34th annual award show for the Association québécoise de l'industrie du disque, du spectacle et de la vidéo took place at Theatre Saint Denis.

  • Best Pop Album: Blonde, Coeur de Pirate
  • Best Adult Contemporary Album: L'existoire, Richard Desjardins
  • Best female singer: Coeur de pirate
  • Best male singer: Vincent Vallieres
  • Best group: Mes Aïeux
  • Best pop song: Sans cri ni haine, Marie-Mai
  • Best newcomer: Lisa LeBlanc
  • Composer of the year: Stephane Lafleur, Avec pas d'casque
  • Best performance by singer/composer: L'existoire, Richard Desjardins
  • Best performance, cover: Douze hommes rapaillés (deuxième édition), Varied artists
