A 30-year-old woman is dead after being hit by a truck Thursday afternoon at Mackay and Ste. Catherine.
The heavy vehicle struck the woman while turning right on Mackay at about 2:30 p.m.
Witnesses say that both the woman and the truck driver had a green light.
Investigators came to the scene in an attempt to determine how the accident occured.
