MONTREAL - Montreal police are searching for clues after a luxury used car dealership in the northeast end of the city was set on fire overnight.
The building on the lot is badly damaged, though no one was injured and no nearby homes were evacuated.
Police said they were alerted by fire crews shortly after 1 a.m. Wednesday that the blaze was suspicious.
An arson investigation unit has taken over the case.
The dealership is located on Boulevard Gouin East, near Alfred-Nobel Street, in Rivière-des-Prairies.
