MONTREAL - Culture correspondent Jason Rockman deconstructed the Kony video phenomenon that spread a desire to help children in Africa overnight.

The video was viewed an incredible 67 million times in just a few days, as of Saturday evening.

Jason Rockman pointed out that the massive popularity enjoyed by the video attracted some criticism but overall he sees the phenomenon as an encouraging sign that war criminals can be hunted.
