Revenue Quebec will split $6 million of Vincent Lacroix's income tax returns and provide the money to his former investors.
Lacroix pleaded guilty Monday to 200 charges relating to the Norbourg scandal that saw more than 9,200 people lose more than $100 million. Much of the money was spent on personal items.
Each investor would receive about $650, should the money be divided evenly.
Lacroix sent a letter of apology Wednesday to his 9,200 former clients, asking for forgiveness "9,200 times over."
