Montreal mayoral candidate Denis Coderre has several more running mates for his political party.

He introduced the four newest members of his team on Thursday.

They include former EMSB teacher's union president Ruth Rosenfield, Claudine Campeau, the Executive Director of the West Island Assistance Fund, former FTQ president Richard Guay and Southwest borough community activist Derek Robertson.

All are new to politics but Coderre says they will do well because they've been active in their communities for years.

Team Denis Coderre already has 13 members in addition to the party's leader, some of whom are already sitting on Montreal City Council as independents.

Montrealers go to the polls on November 3rd.
