An explosion and fire in the plateau district has led to a police investigation.
Calls came in to 911 around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday after residents said they heard an explosion at a condo on Pauline-Julien street between Papineau and Christophe-Colomb.
More than 100 firefighters were called to the scene and they fought the fire for hours.
About 100 people in nearby buildings were told to leave as a precaution, but in the end no one was inured.
