An argument between a group of friends has put one man in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Four people were arguing inside a home at 285 Place Benoit, near Hodge St., in St. Laurent Wednesday when one person left.
That person returned around 12:30 and the argument took a violent turn.
One person pulled out a knife and slashed a 22-year-old man in the throat.
The victim was rushed to hospital and he is in critical condition.
At this point officers do not know if the person who left and returned was the victim.
Police arrested two women and a man, all between 25 and 30 years old, for questioning.
