MONTREAL - Facing charges of inciting genocide in Rwanda, Leon Mugesera has fought for 15 years to avoid deportation. On Monday afternoon, Mugesera exhausted one of his last options to stay in Canada.

Chalk argued that the Canadian government should expedite the process of deporting the alleged war criminal after it got approval from the United Nations.
