WATCH: Quebec authorities debate medical aid in dying (MAID) expansion

Quebec has the highest number of cases of medical aid in dying (MAID) in Canada, and researchers are trying to figure out why.

Now, Quebec is hoping to expand the criteria for the procedure, which is raising debates that go back 15 years.
