MONTREAL - The Canadiens seemed to manage to shake off some of the trauma of Game 4's overtime heartbreaker Friday morning.

Carey Price says that Montreal is now facing a challenge not unlike what the Bruins had to deal with not long ago.

"They were facing adversity and now it's our turn, so it's all the quotes that hey were saying two games ago," he said.

"We can't kick ourselves. We've got to cowboy up and do it."

At the start of the series if you told me it would be 2-2 after four I think we would have taken that. Now it's best of three and it's a sprint for the rest of this one," said Price.

Price expressed a little disappointment upon the news that his name was not among the finalists for the Vezina trophy.

"Whoever is nominated is surely really deserving and I'm not going to take anything away from those goaltenders," said Price.

Meanwhile the captain remained on message.

"We blew a lead but right now we're focusing in on (Saturday) night," said Brian Gionta.

"In the playoffs you can't be high for too long. You enjoy it that night or sulk for that night and find a way to come out the next game and work out the mistakes you had," he said.

"We got too fancy," said Gionta about Thursday night's game. "We made too many turnovers just inside the blue line."

Brent Sopel said that the future remains unwritten.

"The good thing about playoffs is that every other night you're going back at it," said Sopel.

"We will take a look at some video and talk about the mistakes we made and correct them. We have to take the positives out of it. For half a game we played really well and were successful at the things we wanted to do. Now it's all good. We're in a best of three, we're all squared up and feeling good," said Sopel.
