A 52-year-old Pierrefonds man was arraigned Tuesday on four charges related to child pornography.
Kimberly Byron Moskalewski faces charges of producing, distributing and possessing child pornography. An additional charge is for observing or filming people in a place where they would have a "reasonable expectation of privacy if the observation of recording is done for a sexual purpose."
The violations all occurred at Moskalewski's place of residence, which is a block away from an elementary school, between June 1, 2009 and Monday.
