Montreal police are on the hunt for a man they believe mugged a victim after following him from the Mont Royal metro on January 20.
The thief allegedly followed the victim out of the metro, then came up from behind and pushed an object into his back.
He ordered the victim not to move and then directed him to a bank machine at St. Denis and Mont Royal and forced him to make a withdrawal.
He then fled with the cash.
The suspect who stands about 5'9" (1.75 m) and weighs around 165 lbs (70 kg) and appears as seen in the accompanying photos. Anybody with information is asked to contact police at 911.
