A worker was seriously injured when a chunk of concrete from the Turcot Interchange fell on his head Monday morning, say police.
The man was working on the autoroute when police got a call around 10 a.m. Monday about an accident near Notre Dame Street and Monk Boulevard.
The worker was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
Police were unsure if the man was working underneath the autoroute or on the structure.
The CSST was called.
