Bicyclist suffers serious injuries at Jean Talon and St-Hubert

MONTREAL - A woman was seriously injured after her bicycle was struck by a taxi at the top of St-Hubert plaza early Tuesday morning.

The eastbound taxi was turning left from Jean Talon onto St-Hubert at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning when it ran into the 23-year-old woman. The rider suffered serious injuries but police do not fear for her life.

The taxi driver, 41, was treated for shock.
