Three men have been charged with first-degree murder, nearly seven months after they were arrested the night of a shooting in Cote des Neiges.

Shorn Carr, Rakesh Jankie and Marlon Henry, along with a fourth and as yet unidentified man, were all stopped by police the night of May 30, 2013 soon after a 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Kent Park in CDN.

The fourth man is believed to have fled the country and Montreal police are seeking an international warrant for his arrest.

Some local media were reporting Wednesday that the fourth suspect is Kshawn Rocque, 22, but police would not confirm that information when contacted by CTV Montreal.

Witnesses told police that an SUV had sped away from Appleton Ave. near Hudson St., and later that night a Surete du Quebec officer pulled over a vehicle matching the description for a traffic infraction.

The car's four occupants were arrested and brought in for questioning, then released after a day. Three of those same men were arrested once more and charged this week.
