A 22-year-old man is in hospital with stab wounds after being attacked in LaSalle on Friday night.
Police said the incident occurred at the intersection of Newman Blvd. and Lise. After the altercation, the victim took refuge in a fast food restaurant while the suspect fled.
A spokesperson for the SPVM said the victim is known to police. The cause of the altercation is not yet known and police are searching for the suspect.
