The Community Calendar is made available, free of charge, to charitable, non-profit organizations and to events raising funds for these organizations.
Events must be received at least (2) weeks in advance of the event date.
If you would like to submit your information for an upcoming event, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To help us publicize your event, please include the following information:
Name of the event.
Date, Time & Address of the event
A short description of the event
Name of the organization hosting the event & contact information
Individuals raising funds for a Charitable Organization must provide a letter of authorization from the organization.
Due to the large number of requests received, we are unable to respond to specific requests nor guarantee all events will be placed on the CTV Montreal website or broadcast on air.
