A man in his 80s is in critical condition after he was struck by a pickup truck in Longueuil Monday afternoon.

Longueuil police say the man was struck by a truck at the corner of St-Laurent Street West and de Chateauguay Street

Police said the truck was pulling a trailer and turning onto de Chateauguay Street when it occurred.

The driver, who was not injured, met with police.
