Several people were hurt Wednesday night when a car rammed three motorcycles on the Decarie Expressway.
The vehicles were heading north in the centre lane around 11:30 p.m. when they collided near the Edouard Montpetit overpass.
Urgences Santé said a car in front of the motorcycles suddenly braked, and when the motorcycles slowed down they were rammed by a driver following them who could not stop in time.
First responders stabilized victims at the scene, and at least one person had their spine and neck immobilized before being loaded into an ambulance.
One rider had a leg broken in multiple places, while the other two ended up suffering only minor injuries.
Neither car driver was hurt.
