More than 500 members and supporters of biker gang the Hells Angels have gathered near Ottawa this weekend for a massive convention.
Dozens of officers from the Ottawa police department and Ontario Provincial Police have mobilized to monitor the meeting.
Ottawa police spokesperson Michel Marin said an action plan has been devised and could be used as needed.
Analysists called the rally a resurgence for the criminal group. It is expected the bikers will mostly be discussing issues pertaining to budget and administration.
