Thanksgiving came early for some of Montreal’s less fortunate residents.

A free hot meal with all the trimmings was served at Place Emilie-Gamelin on Saturday.

Tents were erected to keep out the driving rain.
The event was organized by the Homeless Support Group, a public Facebook group that aims to “help feed and clothes the homeless and the people in need.”
