Kelly Martin Nolet was last seen Monday Feb. 1 at 10:30 a.m. when she left her house.
She is 1.52 m and 47 kg (5', 105 lbs) with blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale skin.
Kelly's mother tongue is French.
She left home wearing a plaid jacket, a navy blue school uniform, and black high heeled shoes.
