He appeared in court on Friday in Saint-Jerome on sexual assault charges.

The Laval resident was teaching at Cure-Antoine-Labelle Secondary School and Villemaire Elementary School in Laval.

“The police department is looking for people who may have been victims or witnesses to this teacher's actions,” the SPVB said in a Facebook post.
