Business owner concerned about tight security around downtown Montreal biodiversity conference

In two weeks, Montreal will host COP15, a major UN conference on biodiversity at the Palais des congrès, but some who work and live in the area are concerned.

The downtown congress centre will be surrounded in fencing and security will be tight for the 13-day event.
